Required from Monday 8th January 2024 - subject to satisfactory clearance checks
We are seeking to appoint a L3 Teaching Assistant in school for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.
Main responsibilities will include providing support with teaching and learning for a variety of pupils, small group interventions, occasional Cover Supervision class support and other day to day Teaching Assistant requirements.
We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a strong commitment to progressing the learning outcomes for all our pupils, and who can show how they would deploy their existing skills to engage and support all learners.
Duties will include:
- motivating and supporting pupils in reaching their full potential
- working collaboratively with staff across their phase
- working effectively as part of a team
- contributing whole-heartedly to wider school life
