Early Years Teaching Assistant

At Brookhurst Primary School we are looking for enthusiastic, caring and cooperative addition to our Teaching Assistant Team to work in our Early Years setting (TA2). At Brookhurst Primary School our mission is to instil a lifelong love of learning, resilience, respect and sense of emotional safety in all the children in our care. We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn to come and join our amazing and dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will have, as a minimum, NVQ level 2, and an interest in helping children achieve their best.  We will also require the successful candidate to complete paediatric first aid training.

The hours of work will be 35 hours per week, 8.30am – 4pm Monday - Friday term time (including INSET days) with a half an hour lunch break. Part time applications will also be considered.
