The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

This role is ideal for someone wanting to be part of a Multi Academy Trust, where the over-arching focus is to deliver the best outcomes and experiences for our children.
The Senior Finance Manager will work as part of the finance team, led by the Head of Finance, to deliver an expert service to our schools. We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide Finance Leadership to help identify financial improvements and deliver a sustainable budget. Your primary role will be to ensure robust financial management is in place across the ATLP in accordance with the Academies Financial Handbook and ATLP’s Finance policy. You will manage and develop a team of Finance Managers delivering an excellent standard of customer service to schools within our trust.

Salary: £38,296 - £46,549 per annum, starting point determined by relevant experience
Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round
Location: The role will be part of the ATLP Central Services team and based at Arthur Terry School, although flexible and mobile working is encouraged. Some travel between ATLP School sites will be required
Start Date: Required as soon as possible
