To lead on website management, social media content and all other forms of promotional activities and income generation. Some hours are set aside for administrative tasks to help run our services. If you enjoy a busy environment, can multitask and want to work within the community, then this is an ideal job for you. You will need to be confident communicating at all levels, with individuals and small groups. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the values of local communities and would enjoy working with a small team who make a huge difference.
Working hours can be negotiated from a minimum of 30 hours over 4 days up to full time 5 days a week. This role is office based and not remote working.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor social media platforms and digital marketing.
Create and post content and respond to comments and messages.
Implement strategies and analyse data for SEO and Google Ads for social media and website.
Develop the website and research other platforms for online engagement and market trends.
Assist with video creation and editing for content marketing. Create and distribute promotional materials.
Develop ideas for marketing and promotional activities for income generation.
Build relationships with local businesses to increase awareness and sponsorship opportunities.
Day to day administrative duties to help the team deliver services and ensure the smooth running of our community hubs.
