Vacancy: Caretaker permanent post 30 hours per week.

 

Monday to Friday working as a key holder 7.00am until 7.30am and 6.00pm until 6.30pm opening and locking/securing the school site.

 

7.30am until 12.30pm every day working as a Caretaker.

 

Whole year contract.

 

24 days holiday entitlement plus 8 bank holidays (holidays can be taken out of term time)

 

Grade 5 point 6 for 25 hours per week £16,145 per annum rising to £16,973 per annum with annual increments.

 

Grade 3 point 4 for 5 hours per week £ 3,123 per annum.

 

Salary initially £19,268.

 

 

 

Willows Primary are looking to appoint a flexible, hard-working, enthusiastic, reliable, honest and committed Caretaker with an attention to detail who will ensure that our children learn in a safe, clean and healthy environment. You will be an important member of our school team and have a positive approach to this key role. The post will involve keeping the school clean, safe and tidy. Primary key holder and responsible for site security including locking and unlocking premises. Routine repair and maintenance. Liaison with contractors. Supporting and managing the school with health and safety. This role will include occasional driving for school trips, a Staffordshire minibus assessment will need to be taken and this can be arranged through the school.
