We have an exciting opportunity available for an Academic Cover Manager to join our secondary phase. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual who is passionate about student development and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
To ensure consistency and minimise disruption, we have adapted the way cover lessons are delivered to our secondary students with the introduction of a new purpose-built Cover Classroom. As the Academic Cover Manager, you will manage the provision of cover, you will lead the Cover Classroom, line manage the Cover Supervisor and will also provide pastoral classroom support alongside the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will:
- lead the Cover Classroom, delivering engaging pre-planned lessons where required, whilst establishing a constructive, safe, and ordered learning atmosphere line Manage the Cover Supervisor and arrange their cover duties on a daily basis as well as managing the school’s daily provision for internal cover support the Senior Leadership Team with pastoral classroom support
