The Cranstoun Group is a charity empowering people to live health, safe and happy lives. Our skilled and compassionate team work closely with services users, and their families, to empower change and save lives. We’ve been making a difference since 1969 by combining proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and putting people at the heart of our work.
Cranstoun Worcestershire provides a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol. As part of the administration team, you will be the first point of contact, dealing with our service users in a non-judgmental, open and honest manner, helping them to feel comfortable when accessing our service. Working as a team you will also be responsible for providing effective administrative support to the Worcestershire service, including prescribing administration. Experience of prescribing is not required as training will be provided.
You’ll need excellent communication skills to provide a welcoming and informative front of house and telephone service to all our customers. Good written and computing skills are also needed to be able to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and a case management system. We’re looking for a team player who’s organised and efficient to ensure the day-to-day workload is managed effectively and completed within agreed deadlines. The ability to transfer your skills from one area of expertise to another would be an advantage.
Above all, you’ll be interested in joining a team that’s committed to providing excellent customer service working within a challenging, dynamic and rewarding work environment that positively impacts people’s lives.
The service operates core hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Additional service hours are offered on some days between 5 – 7pm, with a requirement to cover these hours on a rota basis.
All posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure. We are an inclusive employer, committed to promoting equality and diversity in all areas of our work.
