Finance Assistant

Grade 4, £21,189 per annum (actual salary £19,625) (NJC pay award pending)

Term-time plus 3 weeks (worked across the school year)

37 hours per week (potential for flexible/hybrid working)

The Hart School is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant who can support the Finance Team in the administration of all financial aspects of the school.

Duties will include assisting the Finance Manager in keeping accurate financial records, inputting financial information, use of various financial systems as well as dealing with day-to-day queries from staff, parents and external third parties.

An ideal post for someone looking to move into the area of Finance administration, or someone looking to gain Finance qualifications to further their career. We are keen to grow staff and focus on their development through gained experience and continued professional development.

You must have first-rate administrative and ICT skills and the ability to work under pressure, whilst meeting deadlines and most importantly, maintain accuracy. You should be passionate about being involved in the growth of students and the school team.
