You will partner with your service areas to understand their needs and challenges; identifying and selecting the best talent for the business.
Collaborating closely with the wider HR team and your people partner you will share your expertise on recruitment best practice and continually improve recruitment processes.
Owning Recruitment data you will capture, analyse and share these insights with the Council Leadership Team to support the City's recruitment strategy.
