Attendance & Wellbeing Lead

The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a resourceful and highly effective Attendance & Wellbeing Lead to join our team and work in an academy where all staff are valued, given the opportunity to flourish and deliver inspiring lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
The academy was inspected in March 2019, and judged as continuing to be ‘good’. ‘You and your staff are committed to giving your pupils the best start in life’. ‘Morale in the school is high.’ ‘Your pupils are polite, courteous and live up to the academy’s Christian mission.
We provide a comprehensive support training package, regular networking and enable opportunities for staff to observe best practice within our academy and in other settings.

Do you:

Have a passion for improving outcomes for pupils with a range of barriers to learning?

Demonstrate high expectations of yourself and others in your team.
Have good verbal, listening and communication skills?

Have good organisational skills with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively?

Have sound knowledge of KCSIE 2023 and safeguarding principles?

Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in supporting teaching at primary age?

Enjoy working with adults with a range of diverse backgrounds?
