The Autism and Adults at Risk team support people with Autism, higher functioning autism and people who have significant multiple and complex presenting problems/needs or challenging behaviours that place the person their staff/carers or the community at risk that fall outside of the remit and are not currently met by other services/partners.
Demonstrate professional commitment and a high level of knowledge, critical thinking, communication skills and creativity, in order to support people to achieve positive outcomes and a good quality of life
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and vulnerable adults; therefore the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check
