Scale E – Starting at point 5  - Actual salary £14,577 (£21,575 fte)

 

25 hours per week

1.15pm to 6.15pm or a split shift (Monday to Friday)

Additional hours and work patterns may be available

36 days holidays per year

(25 days in school holiday periods + 8 bank holidays + 3 days Christmas closure)

Flexibility on working hours during the school holiday periods

 

We are seeking to appoint a highly effective Site Services Officer committed to supporting the school by providing caretaking services for the school buildings and grounds and managing the site to ensure a safe and secure environment for our school community.

 

You will be joining a dedicated, supportive and committed staff in an academy where achieving the very best for all of our children is at the heart of everything we do.

 

 

Key Requirements - Do you have:
 

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • An understanding of Health and Safety at work and COSHH requirements
  • The ability to operate cleaning equipment, machinery and tools and undertake basic maintenance
  • The ability to communicate effectively

 

Are you:
 

  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative and be pro active
  • An enthusiastic team player
