Thank you for your interest in the role of Digital Innovator and Technical Lead for the Trust.
This is an exciting time to join our local, and community focused Trust. The Learning Community Trust is now a well[1]established MAT in Telford and Shropshire and has grown significantly since our first schools joined us in March 2018. We have established an excellent reputation locally and regionally, and now have 11 schools in our Trust family, with two more due to join us within the next 6 months.
The Trust Central Team have now moved into offices, based in Priorslee, and is further developing the central resource team to support our schools. With this growth is a pivotal need for an experienced and innovative digital expert. We are a community based Trust, all of our schools are based within the local Shropshire area. We are passionate about providing an excellent educational service to our communities, and with that is an equal priority for communication and inclusion for our families and stakeholders.
We are a Trust who value and listen to their expert employees, you will be working alongside a team of dedicated Trust staff, working together to shape and drive forward our central Trust mission: to be an outstanding Multi Academy Trust for our community.
This is more than an office-based support role, you will be at the forefront of the support and innovation we require to shape the digital future of our Trust and truly impact the educational experience of our students, support for our staff and service to our community.
You will be foremost based at Trust central office, but will also be working alongside a team of technical experts based in our schools, and alongside local authority support teams. We know we have high expectations of someone in this role, but this is because we have high expectations in how we serve our community.
I am confident that the successful candidate will find tremendous support within the Learning Community Trust, where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are fundamental principles. We are excited to welcome a new innovator into our family, knowing that their passion and expertise will contribute significantly to the ongoing success of our Trust community.
