This vacancy sits within the Strategic Housing and Enabling Service, with a focus on supporting change initiatives across the City Housing Directorate. You will apply a range of business analysis techniques and research skills to assess the current state (people, processes, technology, performance and external environment), and use this insight to identify options to improve business processes and outcomes for our citizens.
You must possess strong analytical, research, investigation, and change management skills, as well as have the ability to develop robust business cases and deliver change projects. It is also important that you can build strong partnerships, effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and confidently deliver workshops, presentations and briefings.
We are keen to receive applications from candidates who can successfully understand business problems or opportunities, including design, test and implement change initiatives. In terms of character traits, you should have a passion to want to improve services, ability to influence others (gain buy-in), effectively respond to resistance, be adaptable, self-motivated and enjoy working on a variety of projects at any one time.
