We are looking to expand our team of Teaching Assistants and have temporary or permanent positions available to work in our SEND department and support the school in its work to continue to improve outcomes for all our pupils.
You must be reliable, positive, adaptable, and committed to working with pupils, displaying good communications skills and a sensitivity to the needs of individual pupils. Experience of working with secondary age children would be a distinct advantage.

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Teaching Assistant or equivalent
• a good understanding of KS3 to KS5 curriculum
• strong communication skills
• a genuine enthusiasm to work with children
• skills to adapt to meet the needs of our pupils, either in 1:1, small or larger group settings
• a supportive community and governing board
• a talented staff team who welcome new challenges and are committed to supporting and developing colleagues
• enthusiastic students who are keen to learn
• quality continuous professional development
• opportunities to work in collaboration with partner schools, where available
