ATTENDANCE OFFICER – SIR THOMAS BOUGHEY ACADEMY
PERMANENT Contract –37 hours per week, term time, plus INSET
Grade 5 (£19077) - To start as soon as possible
This is an exciting time to be joining our Academy, as we continue to develop our admin and pastoral systems. We require an enthusiastic administrator who can lead and support our admin team, and support student attendance on our journey of improvement.
The role will also include providing confidential admin & pastoral support, liaising with external partner agencies, as well as working closely with parents, therefore good relationships, listening and communication skills are essential.
We believe staff development is a key aspect in raising standards for our students, and you will therefore be supported with a personalised CPL programme and opportunities to achieve your ambitions. You will benefit from a supportive and challenging leadership, which empowers you to develop your own skills.
