Pay: Scale 3 (Points 5-6) £14250.84 - £17387.00 per annum (£23,500 – 23,893 per annum pro rata)
Hours: 25 – 30 hours per week Monday – Friday
Contract Type: Term Time, plus two TEDs (to complete annual safeguarding training and prepare for the academic year), plus a further eight days
Contract Term: Permanent
Start date: as soon as possible
Age range 4 – 11
The Head Teacher and Governing Body of Hagley Primary School are seeking to appoint a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and efficient part-time School Administrator to support the Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate should be customer focused, self-motivated, organised and a team player. They will also have experience of clerical and administrative work and experience of maintaining school attendance, admissions and pupil data would be advantageous, but not essential. The post holder must be reliable, trustworthy and efficient and exercise discretion at all times. Good IT and communication skills are essential to this role and the post-holder will also be a First Aider.
