We are delighted that you are interested in the role of Inclusion and Attendance Officer.  You will be joining a highly experienced, unapologetically passionate and dedicated pastoral team that upholds the inclusive ethos of the Academy. This is a crucial role and the successful applicant will be joining the Academy at a time when the needs of children are high and the demand for services are overstretched. Your role is to improve the Academy’s attendance by proactively supporting targeted students and families. You will uphold the Academy’s high expectations of attendance and punctuality whilst providing high quality support to meet the needs of our students in order to remove their barriers to attendance and therefore learning.
