Grade 4 Point 7 to 11 - £24,294 - £25,979 per annum (pro-rata)

The Trustees of SHINE Academies are pleased to be able to offer a Family Support Intervention Worker post at Lodge Farm Primary School. You will become a highly valued member of the school’s Family Support Team and work with some of our most vulnerable children in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.  

We are looking for a Family Support Intervention Worker who:

• Relishes the opportunity to work with vulnerable children
• Aspires to positively impact children’s lives
• Has excellent knowledge of Safeguarding and KCSIE
• Is enthusiastic, motivated and organised
• Wants to work as part of a highly skilled team
• Has high expectations
• Can plan and deliver programmes of support
