Level 6, 37 hours per week, Term Time plus 1 week

The Discovery Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic, and well-qualified Examinations Officer. The successful candidate will provide support with the smooth administration and implementation of all internal and external examinations, vocational qualification registrations and results claims within the Academy. Also, acting in accordance with the regulations as defined by the Department of Education and the Joint Council for General Qualifications.
We are looking for an excellent administrator with the ability to work calmly under pressure. Exceptional organisational ability and high levels of accuracy are essential along with excellent IT skills including data entry and spreadsheets. You need to be an excellent communicator, able to liaise between examination boards, students, staff, and parents. Previous experience of examination administration is desirable.
