Caslon Primary Community School is a single form entry school with on-site Daycare and Nursery provision located in Cradley on the outskirts of Halesowen. We aim to provide a happy, secure and stimulating environment to allow our children to develop intellectually, emotionally, physically and socially. We are looking to employ an exceptional part-time receptionist / administrator to join our friendly busy office team.

The primary tasks will involve managing the reception desk, including answering the phone and dealing with parental queries. Checking the daily register and following up on absences. Welcoming visitors and checking their credentials.

The successful candidate will need experience of working in a busy office environment, of working with Management Information Systems, and have experience of MS Office. In addition, they will be required to update other systems, such as children’s educational records and parental consents.

The working pattern for the role will be 8.00am to 11.30am Monday / Friday and 8.00am to 11.00am Tuesday to Thursday.
