Required as soon as possible
Hours: 30 hours per week (9.00am – 3.30pm with 30 min lunch), Term Time Only + 5 training days
Grade: Emmaus 3 SCP (3-4),
Salary Range £14,566.52 - £14,830.39
St Wulstan’s Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint an outstanding and passionate Teaching Assistant, Level 2.
We are seeking passionate and creative applicants to help a child 1:1 with learning and developing communication and social skills as well as supporting them in their learning journey. You should have a working knowledge of strategies to support children with a range of additional needs.
We require someone who is committed to inclusion and who wants to make a positive difference. They will need to be confident in scaffolding a child's learning and be prepared to encourage independence when and as appropriate as the child develops. The school takes the safeguarding of pupils extremely seriously. Therefore, in accordance with Safer Recruitment guidelines, references will be taken up before interview and identity and qualification checks undertaken. A satisfactory enhanced DBS check will be required before starting employment.
