The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing six secondary schools, 13 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.  A further 2 schools will join the ATLP in the near future.

 

Catering Assistants – Slade Primary School

Permanent, Part time, Term time only

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership has exciting opportunities for Catering Assistants to join our Catering Team, based at Slade Primary School, in Erdington.

As a Catering Assistant, working in the school kitchen, you will provide a positive friendly customer service for all pupils, staff and visitors using the school. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about catering to develop their experience within a professional kitchen environment supported and guided by our dedicated catering management team. Full training will be provided.

 

15 hours per week post

11.30am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday, term time only

£22,336 - £22,737 FTE, actual salary £7,928 - £8,070 per annum

25 hours per week post

9.00am – 2.00pm Monday to Friday, term time only

£22,336 - £22,737 FTE, actual salary £13,213 - £13,450 per annum

Location:            Slade Primary School, Slade Road, Erdington B23 7PX

Start Date:         Required as soon as possible

 

What you’ll need to succeed

    Catering or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with a range of individuals Ability to work effectively within a team Any knowledge of kitchen health & safety would be advantageous To share our passion for wanting the very best for our students and schools The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging yet always rewarding role.
