The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing six secondary schools, 13 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Catering Assistant – Nether Stowe School

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our Catering Team, based at Nether Stowe School, in Lichfield. As a Catering Assistant, working in the school kitchen, you will provide a positive friendly customer service for all pupils, staff and visitors using the school. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about catering to develop their experience within a professional kitchen environment supported and guided by our dedicated catering management team. Full training will be provided. Salary: £22,336 - £22,737 FTE (equivalent to £11.59 - £11.79 per hour). Actual salary £8,456 - £8,608 per annum. Hours: 16 hours per week. 11.00am – 2.15pm, Monday to Friday, term time only Location: Nether Stowe School, St Chad’s Road, Lichfield Staffordshire WS13 7NB Start Date: Required as soon as possible What you’ll need to succeed-
Catering or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with a range of individuals
Ability to work effectively within a team
Any knowledge of kitchen health & safety would be advantageous
