The Governors of this wonderful village school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and highly effective Teaching Assistant that will be committed to securing the best outcomes for our children. The successful candidate will be a committed team player, able to inspire children with enthusiasm for learning; be well motivated and have high expectations. The role is likely to be class based each morning, and in the afternoons cover a range of learning opportunities including interventions. Ideally, we would like to develop our Forest School provision, so if qualified, there would be capacity to incorporate this into the role. In return we offer a school that has secured a ‘Good’ Ofsted, we have a SLT that supports wellbeing and professional growth. In our recent Ofsted, they referred to our children… ‘The pupils love to learn and follow a broad curriculum. They take pride in their work and achieve well.’ Ofsted April 23.
