Learning Support Assistant

The Governors of this wonderful village school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and highly effective Learning Support Assistant that will be committed to securing the best outcomes for our children. The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of a teacher to provide support for learners needs and associated activities in accordance with Nursery policies and procedures

This may include providing general support for whole class learning activities and/or supporting individuals or small groups. As a school, we have a SLT that supports wellbeing and professional growth, we recently secured a ‘Good’ Ofsted, they referred to our children… ‘The pupils love to learn and follow a broad curriculum. They take pride in their work and achieve well.’ Ofsted April 23. We can offer a happy, caring school with a strong Christian ethos where all children are encouraged to ‘Let their light shine.’
