We are seeking to appoint additional invigilators to strengthen our examination team. This role is to oversee and supervise examinations throughout the academic year.
You will need to work professionally as a member of a team to ensure that regulations are followed in a supportive environment for our adult learners.
Applicants are required to have a calm and authoritative manner. You must be punctual, reliable, well organised, with good communication skills and a flexible attitude to work.
You will be jointly responsible for assisting the Examinations Officer with:
- ensuring exam rooms are set up according to requirements
- administration and supervision of examinations, observing candidates at all times and dealing with any incidents or irregularities
- collection of completed examination scripts and materials
Previous experience is not essential as relevant training will be provided.
