The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Learning Mentor

A vacancy for a Learning Mentor has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust. Scotch Orchard is a friendly, community-centred primary school. It was judged as ‘Good’ by OFSTED in June 2022. Scotch Orchard Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding Learning Mentor with previous experience and a track record of success with mentoring and intervention. The role would involve working alongside our Senior Leadership Team to develop Pastoral Care across the school and community.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about children and developing their self-esteem and emotional resilience Is a team player and wants to be a part of a growing team devoted to the whole school community Has a range of skills in improving the outcomes of our pupils through a range of interventions Wants to develop the life skills through children to ensure they can be successful as adults Is innovative and self-motivated

Hours: 37 hrs per week, term time only
Location: The role will be based at Scotch Orchard Primary School, Scotch Orchard, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 6DE
Start Date: Required as soon as possible
