Rounds Green Primary School is a vibrant, diverse, two-form entry primary school welcoming children from age 4 to 11. As part of The Elliot Foundation Academy Trust, we are also part of a larger family of schools who work together to support each other and provide collaboration opportunities.
We are looking to appoint an exceptional Level 2 Learning Support practitioner to join our team of Learning Support Assistants, who are passionate about engaging and inspiring our lovely, curious and eager young learners. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with class teachers across a range of key stages.
The school is dedicated to encouraging each pupil to achieve their best within this nurturing, family environment. This is a great opportunity for outstanding, enthusiastic, innovative and well-qualified Learning Support Assistant who has experience working with learners within Early Years (in the first instance)
Applicants should be:
● able to demonstrate a genuine care for the individual pupils
● able to cater for the needs of each individual child in their care
● familiar with the EYFS framework and the National Curriculum
● able to maintain open communications with parents and work colleagues in building and maintaining a supportive and encouraging team environment
We are looking for an applicant who:
● Has excellent interpersonal skills
● Has experience of working with children in Early Years
● Is passionate about children’s development
● Is a team player
