Hours of Work 32.5 hours per week

Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 1 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

The Board of Governors of St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary School, with support of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”), are now seeking to appoint to the role of:

St Wilfrid’s School is a welcoming Catholic community where we all our pupils belong to a caring, sharing community which promotes learning through respect and love for all through our shared Catholic faith. We strive to follow Christ’s example to always do our best. We remain focused on giving our pupils a primary school experience to enjoy and remember, whilst striving to provide the best educational provision for children in our locality.

The successful candidate will be experienced in working in schools and have a passion for supporting pupils and removing barriers to learning to improve outcomes for pupils.

We wish to hear from you if you have:

  • A passion for improving outcomes for pupils
  • Skilled in de-escalation strategies
  • Has a good understanding of differing pupil needs, including SEND
  • Works hard as part of a team
  • Is dedicated to continuing their own professional development
  • Meets all essential skills and abilities included on the person specification
