Dudley Governor Services is a well-established and successful traded service which provides a comprehensive package of training and clerking options to meet the needs of the changing landscape in school governance.
We are looking for someone to lead our small team to manage and develop the high-quality support we currently provide to the schools of Dudley.
The post holder will be the day-to-day manager of 3 Administrators and Clerks to Governors and a variety of governor trainers. They will be responsible for processing charges to schools and invoice payments, working closely with accountancy colleagues and the Lead for Governor Services for budget monitoring purposes as well as supporting school leaders with a variety of issues. The post will be responsible for promoting the service to generate new business as well as ensuring the service is delivered to the highest possible standard to maintain the established customers.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate significant experience in administration. A knowledge of the work of Governing Boards would be a benefit but is not essential.
