We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and hardworking colleague to join our large and popular school. As a Lunchtime Supervisor you will primarily work alongside our Learning Mentor to supervise children during the lunchtime period. You will be part of a dedicated team of people and be fully involved in the life of the school. We are looking for a colleague who is friendly, approachable and has a desire to work as part of a team securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils.
You will need to:
· Have a passion for inclusion, diversity, and equality
· Have the highest expectations of yourself and the children
· Work as part of a team to ensure the safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils.
· Be flexible and adaptable.
· Hold all children with unconditional positive regard and respond to them calmly and consistently, with warmth, care and empathy.
