We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and hardworking colleague to join our large and popular school. Our school, which is part of the Learning Community Trust, is a friendly and caring school offering lots of exciting opportunities for children and staff. We are proud of the diverse school population we serve and value every child as an individual. The school has a thriving nursery, is home to one of only two specialist Speech and Language units in the local authority and is proud to serve the local community of Wellington and beyond.

As a Lunchtime Supervisor you will primarily work alongside our Learning Mentor to supervise children during the lunchtime period. You will be part of a dedicated team of people and be fully involved in the life of the school. We are looking for a colleague who is friendly, approachable and has a desire to work as part of a team securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils.

You will need to:

· Have a passion for inclusion, diversity, and equality

· Have the highest expectations of yourself and the children

· Work as part of a team to ensure the safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils.

· Be flexible and adaptable.

· Hold all children with unconditional positive regard and respond to them calmly and consistently, with warmth, care and empathy.
