We are seeking to appoint an experienced colleague to work as a Cover Supervisor, supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher, and providing cover and support for our departments including Learning Support, when not required to cover a teacher.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of the class teacher under the guidance of the Cover Manager. Responsibilities will include, registration of the class, supervising the work that has been set, managing student behaviour, assisting students with the relevant activities in line with the schools’ policies and procedures and providing feedback to the class teacher.
