Pre-School Teaching Assistant

PRESCHOOL TEACHING ASSISTANT Grade 2

Permanent Variable Contract

30 hours per week, Term time only

Point 5 £ 16,737.08 – Point 6 £ 17,016.98

Required for January 2024

Essential:

• An NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
• Knowledge of the new Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, Development Matters/Birth to 5 Matters
• Have experience of working in an Early Years Setting with children age 2 to 5 years
• Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class childcare
• Have good organisational skills
• Have the ability to promote good practice in a professional manner

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid certificate
