Studley Infants’ School, as part of the Arden Forest C of E Multi Academy Trust, is looking to appoint an experienced TA2 within our Resource Provision Unit for children with communication and ASD needs, from January 2024.

Hours will be 8.30am – 3.30pm, with 30 minutes for lunch each day during term time (32½ hours per week, 39 weeks).

Salary: £24,294 - £25,979 pro rata, equivalent to £18,273 - £19,541 per annum actual.

We are looking initially for a skilled practitioner to work within our Resource Provision Unit who has a wealth of SEND knowledge. Candidates need to have recent experience of dealing successfully with children who may have complex needs. The role will involve working within The Harbour Unit and supporting children when they spend time within their mainstream classroom.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of Early Years experience and have a background of providing high quality learning experiences adapted to meet needs identified within an EHCP. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant who can think creatively and have the determination to secure the best possible outcomes for every child.
