The Registration Service is part of Staffordshire County Council's customer Service function. The job of a Customer Service Assistant can be very rewarding. It demands high standards of accuracy, an eye for detail and the willingness to work within a legal framework, and above all the ability to be sensitive and flexible to the needs of the public.

We are looking for positive individuals who have experience of working in a front facing customer focused environment. You will be required to Provide the first point of contact for customer enquiries into Staffordshire County Council, take payments, answer enquiries and manage bookings.

You should be enthusiastic, professional and flexible, and committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving high quality standards.

We are looking to recruit dedicated individuals in the areas below and you may be required to travel between Registration Offices and other locations in Staffordshire.
