Salary pro rata to term time plus 2 weeks

The Governors are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and very experienced School Business Manager to take on this busy and important role.

You'll work closely with the Headteacher, Governors and Senior Leaders to make sure the school's budget and resources are used in the most efficient way.

The successful candidate will need to have an excellent knowledge of compliance with the sound principals of school finance and best value including budget monitoring administrative systems, (ideally school based), personnel, I.T., premises and Health and Safety. They will need to be an effective communicator, positive, confident, organised, highly motivated and flexible and be a key team player within the school and be a part of the Senior Leadership Team.

You will have the ability to work using your own initiative for effective day-to-day management of the School site and work closely with the Premises staff.
