Community Care Supervisor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full time Community Care Supervisor in the Assessment and Independence Team within Adult Social Care. This is a permanent post based at Cottage Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 1RE.

We wish to recruit a permanent Community Care Supervisor. Your primary role will be to ensure the delivery of a high quality Home Care Service to vulnerable people in the Dudley borough. You will be working a set rota pattern which includes weekend and evening work. You should have an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Your main duties will include;
• Co-ordinating care within a designated area to enable people to be supported at home with their daily living activities.
• Supporting a community care service providing person centred support and opportunities for people and their carers.
• Providing supervision and support to front line staff.
• Contributing to the implementation of service developments within Home Care.
• Assisting in managing the demand for care capacity and ensuring safe discharge and care provision.
