Future Generation Trust (FGT) is based in Staffordshire in the West Midlands. We are an ambitious Trust who aspire to provide the best possible climate and culture within our academies that allow children to flourish. Fundamentally we are about excellence in the primary sector.
We wish to appoint an outstanding and dynamic CEO who will develop and deliver the strategic vision of the Trust moving forward. They will be accountable to the Trust Board for sustaining the unique identity of the Trust and delivering planned and considered growth.
We are particularly seeking a confident leader who values collaborative approaches across all aspects of our operation and has the energy, enthusiasm and passion to build upon the success the Trust has achieved. The successful candidate will have experience in education and ‘earnt credibility’ to lead on innovation and general future developments.

As this post involves direct contact with, or unsupervised responsibility for, children or vulnerable adults the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check before taking up the position. Additional checks will include; identity checks, qualification checks and employment checks, including the investigation of any gaps between jobs and two satisfactory references.
