Office Administrator and PA to the Headteacher

Salary Scale: Band C Point 13 – 23 £16,491 - £21,268 pro-rata

Date required: September 2017 (or sooner if possible)

Hours: 37 ½ hours per week – 40 weeks per year (term time, INSET days plus one week)

Shirley Heath is a happy, successful school with high expectations of staff and pupils alike. We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, well-motivated Office Administrator and PA to the Headteacher to join our supportive team.

As Office Administrator and PA to the Headteacher, you will be expected to provide confidential secretarial, administrative and financial service to the Headteacher and Board of Governors. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and ensure there is an efficient and effective office service.
