Location: Worcestershire: with a caseload in either our Redditch and Wychavon or Kidderminster and Bromsgrove teams

Contract: Fixed Term until March 2025

We provide a range of services for those affected by alcohol and other drugs across Worcestershire.

Across Worcestershire, Cranstoun co-ordinate the treatment and support of people who use our services, helping them to deal with their substance use.

You will provide a high-quality service to individuals presenting or in need, which have a history of substance misuse or alcohol related problems and additional complexities such as co-occurring conditions or homelessness. Working in a trauma informed approach you will provide flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, psychosocial interventions, and work in close partnership with other agencies to case manage this cohort so they can access a full range of services.

All post holders may be required to work some evenings, to meet our service delivery requirements. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
