As an Occupational Therapist, you will be working to assess with services users to maintain independence and to prevent the need for long-term support. You will be working in a small team with other OT’s, SW and providers to promote individuals independence and ADL’s within the community setting.

You’ll need:

Qualified Occupational Therapist with experience in health and/or social care setting as a minimum of 2 yrs post qualifying.
To bring in previous experience of working in physical settings, equipment and minor adaptations, a willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge particularly in moving and handling.

About us:

You will be working within a new promoting independence team with a SW, a Broker and care providers. The team will be lead and supported by a team lead. We are recruiting to 3 full time Occupational Therapy Posts.

Work Pattern: Monday- Thursday: 08:30- 17:00
Friday: 08:30- 16:30
