The Governors and Senior Leadership Team would like to appoint a Learning Mentor to compliment the team. The school is a large and inclusive Primary school with a good ofsted rating. The successful candidate must be a good team player, willing to share best practice with excellent communication and IT skills. They must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to young children and their development.
We are looking for an excellent individual who is able to challenge and motivate children, bring fun and enthusiasm for learning and they firmly believe that 'every child matters'. Whilst striving to develop a 1:1 mentoring relationship with children and maintain regular contact with parents/carers dealing with questions and concerns they may have.
