Heathlands Primary Academy is a vibrant two-form entry school with an on-site nursery. Office Manager

Grade 3 (point 20 – 28)

£19,431 - £24,964 (actual £17,059 – 21,917)

Term-time working 36.5 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our busy dedicated admin team.

The successful applicant will:

• Take a lead role in managing the office processes and ensuring that all areas of work are

• compliant with regulations.

• Need a vast working knowledge of SIMS

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have a positive and proactive approach to their work and be able to demonstrate excellent time keeping and the ability to work successfully to deadlines.

• Possess the ability to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a pressurised environment.

• Hold recent experience of administration in a busy school setting, as the job entails a wide range of administrative, clerical and financial duties including the administration of school lunch money, dealing with school admissions and attendance.

• Have a positive manner and will be able to help resolve parent queries and requests from professionals

Essential:

GCSE's in English & Mathematics at grade A* - C or equivalent

Word processing RSA II or equivalent
