Clerical Assistant Level 2
15 hours per week
Grade 3 Point 4 (FTE £23,114)
The Governors of Longwood Primary School are seeking to appoint a dynamic, proactive individual who shares our vision and commitment to ensure the very best for all our pupils. The position will be to work under the direction and guidance of senior staff to provide general clerical, administrative and financial support to the school.

The role of clerical assistant will encompass the responsibilities for:
- Provide routine clerical/administrative support e.g. photocopying, filing, emailing, completing routine forms, responding to routine correspondence.
- Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems.
- Produce lists/information/data as required, e.g. pupil data & personnel files.
