Job Title: Permanent Intervention Teaching Assistant with class cover




Pay scale : Grade 5 SCP 6 -9  


Actual salary: £17,557 rising to £18,457 with three annual increments


Hours of work : 27.50 hours per week working Monday to Friday term time only


Start date: Monday 8th April 2024




The Governors of Willows Primary school wish to appoint a qualified Teaching Assistant to support EYFS and Key Stage 1. The role will involve taking reading intervention groups in years 1 and 2 in the morning, and classroom support /class cover in EYFS or Key Stage 1 in the afternoon. Some planning for the reading intervention may also be required. Successful candidates will need to have NVQ Level 3 or higher and be a highly motivated team player.
