An exciting opportunity for a talented and proactive Clerical Assistant to join our busy school office team at Hodge Hill College has arisen. This is a permanent, term time only + two weeks contract.
In this varied and interesting role, you will provide administrative support to staff, students, parents and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring correct safeguarding protocols
- providing professional and efficient customer service through effective communication
- being part of a wider clerical team supporting functions across the school
Key duties involve data entry, exam administration, general clerical tasks under the Data & Exams Manager, supporting the Senior Resources Technician with tasks such as updating noticeboards and photocopying, and assisting with mail merge letters and printed materials. Training will be provided on our systems and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
