37 Hours | Term Time + 1 week | Monday to Friday

Start Date: April 2024

Please note there is a £1,800 pay award on Matrix Support Staff Pay Scales in April 2024

The role:
Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic and supportive individual?  If so, Turves Green Boys’ School may have the perfect opportunity for you.  We are looking to appoint a Head of House PA to provide pastoral and administrative support in a fast-paced working environment. You will play a key role in facilitating day-to-day clerical support working closely with the Head of House. You will have experience of working in a similar fast-paced role and have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload

About you:
You will play an important part in the school community, providing support to both staff and pupils to a professional standard.  Your skills will include:

  • Having at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Being experienced in working in similar administrative roles
  • Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong IT skills
