1 Social Worker - Reviewing Team - One Year Fixed Term

This post is for a reviewing officer to be part of a team delivering targeted reviews. The post holder will undertake focused care act assessment delivering strength based outcomes for individuals . Experience of working with individuals with complex needs is essential.   

For all posts you will need to demonstrate professional commitment and social work  knowledge, critical thinking, communication skills and creativity, in order to support people to achieve positive outcomes and a good quality of life. We welcome for all posts applications from experienced and newly qualified social workers.
