37 hours per week – term time only 39 weeks

Required for September 2017, an Attendance Officer to join the House Support Team to become an integral part of the new House System which is being launched in September 2017.

  • Are you a lovely, friendly and capable person?
  • Do you love talking to people?
  • Are you very at home analysing spreadsheets and data?

The successful candidate will need to take a lead within school to improve student attendance including developing initiatives to promote good attendance; monitor internal truancy; monitor and pursue persistent absence and lateness, initiating legal action as required; provide a key link between home and school and liaise with external providers and multi agencies. The successful candidate must have excellent ICT skill, particularly in the use of Excel.
